We have all been there. It is time to buy a new yoga mat and we are not sure what style, thickness or type of material will work best for our practice. The great news is that it doesn't matter because there are so many options!  With this blog post, I am going to give you some tips on how to find the right one.  You don't want your new purchase going in vain and being unused after just a few months so read on for my advice!

Yoga mats come in many different shapes and sizes depending on what type of practice they’re used for - from hot yoga where people sweat excessively to more traditional types like Hatha Vinyasa which focuses primarily on doing flows smoothly without any breaks between moves (elevating heart rate).
